Carl F. Gregory, LHD
President

Mr. Gregory has served as the President of the Aria Health Foundation for many years. He attended Northeast Catholic High School for Boys, Class of 1951, the University of Pennsylvania and Drexel Institute of Technology. Through his distinguished career Mr. Gregory held many positions in the banking industry and most recently served as the Chairman of Third Federal Savings Bank where he currently serves as Chairman Emeritus/Director.

Mr. Gregory has affiliations with dozens of organizations, past and present, some of which include: a member of the Holy Family University Board of Trustees, Northeast Family YMCA Director, Newtown Chamber Orchestra Advisory Board, the Bishop Neuman General Assembly, K of C, 4th Degree and the Regina Coeli Council 4921, K of C, 3rd Degree. He has served as a Lector and Usher at Our Lady of Calvary Parish for approximately 35 years.

Mr. Gregory has won many awards and honors over the years - some of which include: the Northeast Philadelphia NCCCP Distinguished Service Award in 1975; The Distinguished Graduate Award awarded by Nazareth Academy Grade School in 2003; named to the Northeast Catholic High School Hall of Fame in 2005; and received an honorary Doctor of Humane Letters from Holy Family University in 2006.

Mr. Gregory is a lifelong resident of Philadelphia where he and his wife Elizabeth raised three sons.

Joseph P. Cohill, CPA
Vice President, Treasurer

Mr. Cohill was appointed to the Aria Health Foundation in 2000, and currently serves as both the Vice President of the Board as well as the Treasurer. He attended North Catholic High School and St. Joseph’s University, and is involved with a number of community organizations such as: the Aria Rotary, Our Lady of Calvary Athletic Association, and the Knights of Columbus. He is also a Former Board member of the Eddington Swim Club.

Mr. Cohill joined the Foundation, “To assist the Hospital and Foundation to raise funds because a first-class hospital is necessary in the neighborhood.”

Mr. Cohill was born in Philadelphia, has four children, and currently resides in Bensalem, Pennsylvania.

John B. Neff
Secretary

Mr. Neff was elected to the Frankford Hospital Foundation Board of Trustees in 1997 where he currently serves as Secretary of the Board. He was the Chief Executive Officer of Frankford Hospital from 1965-1996 as well as the President of the Frankford Health Care System from 1981 to 1997.

Mr. Neff was born in Springfield, Ohio and was graduated from Harvard College in 1956. He received the degree of Master of Hospital Administration from the University of Michigan in 1960. He is an avid vocalist, and currently sings in two choral groups. A pilot for more than 50 years, he serves on the Advisory Council for the Northeast Philadelphia Airport.

Mr. Neff has had affiliations with numerous professional organizations, both, health care-related and otherwise. He is a Life Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and has remained involved with a number of community and healthcare-related organizations. Mr. Neff has had multiple documents published and has given over 50 lectures on various healthcare topics. He is the recipient of more than a dozen awards and citations.

Mr. Neff resides in Abington, Pennsylvania with his wife Shirley, and together they have three children.

Bruce Beaton, Sr.

Jay W. Blumenthal, PA
Mr. Blumenthal has been a member of the Aria Health Foundation Board of Trustees since 1996, and the Board of Directors of the Aria Health Care System since 1979. He served as Treasurer of the Health Care System Board from 1989 - 1991 and Chairman of the Board from 1991 - 1995. He formed The Audit and Regulatory Committee and has served as its Chairman since its inception. He has chaired the Occupational Health Subsidiary and has been a member of various other committees. Additionally, Mr. Blumenthal served on the Board of the Jefferson Health System from 1998 to 2008 where he chaired the Audit Committee in 2007 and 2008.

Born and raised in the Philadelphia area, Mr. Blumenthal was a partner in the accounting firm of Blumenthal and Brauman for 35 years before becoming Abington Township Treasurer/Tax Collector. Prior to entering the accounting field, Mr. Blumenthal worked in manufacturing and sales at Blumenthal Brothers Chocolate Company.

Mr. Blumenthal has served on the board of the Kiwanis Club of Old York Road and the Abington Art Center. He also is a member of several professional organizations.

Pete Ciarrocchi, Jr.
Mr. Ciarrocchi joined the Aria Health Foundation Board of Trustees in 2006. He isthe President and Chief Executive Officer of the "Chickie's and Pete's" restaurantchain which was rated the third best sports bar in the nation by ESPN. Chickie's boastseight restaurant locations including six locations in Philadelphia and one each inBordentown, New Jersey; and Egg harbor Township, New Jersey. Chickie's and Pete'salso has concessions at Citizens Bank Park, the Wachovia Center, Lincoln Financial Field,the Wachovia Spectrum, and Waterfront Park in Trenton, New Jersey.

Some of Mr. Ciarrocchi's activities and accomplishment include membership in theGreater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, the Northeast Chamber of Commerce, the DelawareRiver Yacht Club, Governor Ed Rendell's Finance Committee, Senator Bob Brady's FinanceCommittee, President George W. Bush's Republican Presidential Roundtable and, in 2007,Mr. Ciarrocchi was the recipient of the National Restaurant Association's State ofPennsylvania Restaurateur of the Year award as well as the Philadelphia Delaware ValleyRestaurant Association's Restaurateur of the Year award.

Hon. Theodore Gutowicz
Director Emeritus

Because of his interest in community health Judge Gutowicz joined the Aria Health Foundation in 1999. He is the former Insurance Commissioner of Pennsylvania, and was a Common Please Judge from 1965 to 1996. He attended St. Adelberts grade school, Northeast Catholic High School, the University of Pennsylvania and Dickinson Law School. He served on the Archdiocesan Board of Education from 1961 to 1966 and served as legal assistant to Lady of Calvary Church.

Judge Gutowicz is a life-long resident of Philadelphia.

Bruce D. Hess, Esq.
Mr. Hess joined the Aria Health Foundation Board of Trustees in 2006 after serving on the Aria Health Board of Directors for many years. Mr. Hess is a General Partner of Howland, Hess, Guinan, Torpey and Cassidy, LLP located in Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania. He joined the Aria Foundation, "Because of the hospital's commitment to excellence, its patients and the community, I wanted to be part of that commitment by serving as a trustee of the hospital's Foundation. Both my son and I were born at Aria Health, and I am proud of the Hospital and Foundation, and I'm therefore privileged to have served them both..

Mr. Hess is a board member at Wesley Enhanced Living Foundation. He is a former Director at a number of organizations including: Heacock Meadows Condominium Association, Evangelical Manor retirement facility, Grant Health Care Professionals and Pennypack Ecological Restoration Trust. He has served as Chairman of the Board of Pilgrim Gardens retirement facility, Heritage Towers retirement Facility and Health-Tec Ambulance Services, Inc. He is a life member of Alpha Phi Omega service fraternity. .

Mr. Hess attended Ursinus College, and Temple Law School. He currently resides in Yardley, Pennsylvania.

Robert G. Hess, Esq.

John Jaszczak, CPA
Mr. Jaszczak joined the Aria Health Foundation Board of Trustees in 2000. He is the Chief Financial Officer at Holy Family University where he has worked since 1999. Prior to Holy Family Mr. Jaszczak served as the Vice President of Finance for Braceland Brothers Incorporated.

Mr. Jaszczak is a graduate of LaSalle University. He serves on many community boards including: Financial Executives International, Northeast YMCA, St. Hubert's High School and the LaSalle University Business Advisory Board.

Mr. Jaszczak is a life-long resident of Philadelphia, where he and his wife reside.

Charles J. Killian
Mr. Killian has been a member of the Aria Health Foundation Board of Trustees since 2009. He is the owner and President of R-Way Gasket and Supply Company in the Frankford section of Philadelphia, a company he started in 1978. He is a member of many organizations and an active member of the Northeast Chamber of Commerce, Frankford Northeast Rotary Club, Board of Advisors for Northeast Catholic High School, The Knights of Columbus and the Cape May Point Taxpayers Association.

As a business owner, he is supportive of many organizations and schools in the community and considers it an honor to be on the board at Aria. Mr. Killian is dedicated to the success of Aria and it's importance to the community.

He was born and raised in the Frankford area and graduated St. Joachims Parochial School, Northeast Catholic High School and Spring Garden College. Mr. Killian currently resides in Meadowbrook, Pennsylvania with his wife Peggie. He is the proud father of four children and six grandchildren.

Robert K. Lockyer
Mr. Lockyer joined the Aria Health Foundation Board of Directors in 2000. He is the President and Chief Executive Officers of Tioga-Franklin Savings Bank in Philadelphia. He graduated from Temple University in 1971 with a BBA in Economics.

Mr. Lockyer volunteers at several area non-profit organizations such as: the Board of Directors of Community Care Center of the Northeast, and the Temple Student Life Center. He is an active member o f Holmesburg Baptist Church in Northeast Philadelphia.

Mr. Lockyer serves on the Aria Health Foundation Board as, "Both of my parents are alive today, thanks to care received at Aria Health."

Mr. Lockyer resides in Elkins Park, Pennsylvania.

Frank M. Porrazza
Mr. Porrazza joined the Aria Health Foundation Board of Directors in 2000. He has been employed by PNC Bank for 39 years and currently serves as Vice President/Senior Development Advisor in PNC's Community Development Team. Previously held positions at PNC include: Credit officer, Regional Loan Center Manager, Regional Commercial Lender and Relationship Manager.

Mr. Porrazza graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton Evening School with a BBA in Management. He is also a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking. He successfully completed various Lending Programs including: Central Atlantic School of Commercial Lending and Uniform Credit Analysis Seminar. He is also certified by Kasset International, Inc. for programs "Achieving Extraordinary Customer Relationships," and "Motivating for Extraordinary Service."

Mr. Porrazza has been an active member of the Greater Northeast Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors since 1992 where he has served as Board Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer and Economic Development Council. He currently serves on the Executive Board as Vice President of the Strategic Alliance Committee. Mr. Porrazza has also served on the board of the Northeast Family YMCA since 1999 where he served as Board Chair for three years.

Mr. Porrazza serves on the Aria Health Foundation Board as, "I believe in the Mission of the Foundation and the critical importance (healthcare services and jobs) of Aria Health to the Northeast Philadelphia and Lower Bucks County Communities.

Frank H. Sleuman, Jr.
Director Emeritus

Mr. Sleuman, affectionately known as "Uncle Bud," has been a member of the Aria Health Foundation Board of Trustees since 1983. Currently Mr. Sleuman is the Chairman of the Nominating Committee. Professionally, Mr. Sleuman has owned and operated Rentz Company, Inc. in Northeast Philadelphia since 1967.

Mr. Sleuman attended South High School in Worchester Massachusetts, then went on to Cushing Academy before attending Clark University where he graduated in 1951.

Robert E. Tepfer
Mr. Tepfer has been employed in the financial services industry for the past 36 years. He currently serves as the 1st Vice President, Investment Officer of Wachovia Securities.

Graduating from Rutgers University in 1971 Mr. Tepfer is currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Holy Family University, and is the treasurer of the Camden Area Health Education Center, a public charity that provides health care and education to the citizens of Camden, New Jersey.

Mr. Tepfer serves on the Aria Health Foundation Board because, "I believe that I am blessed and it is incumbent upon me to give back in every way possible. By serving on the Foundation Board I help to assure that there will always be superior health services available to the surrounding community."

Robert J. Truitt, LHD
After serving on the Aria Health Foundation Board of Trustees for many years, Mr. Truitt also joined the Board of Directors of the Aria Health Care System in 2008. He worked for Crown, Cork and Seal for over 35 years in various capacities before retiring in 2008. He started as a Production Control Clerk, and eventually was promoted to the position of Executive Vice President of Operations, Americas Division, and most recently served as the President of the Beverage Can Division.

Mr. Truitt has volunteered for many non-profits and currently serves on the boards of Holy Family University, Delaware Valley Industrial Resource Council and Northeast Catholic High School. He is a member of the LaSalle University Business Advisory Board and the Wharton School Labor/Management Council.

Mr. Truitt is a guest professor at Rutgers University and LaSalle University, and is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society.

Mr. Truitt has four children and lives with his wife, Geraldine, in Southampton, Pennsylvania.

For his many years of dedicated service, longtime Aria Health Foundation Board member Gene Wlodkowski, middle, was unanimously elected as a Director Emeritus. To mark the occasion Mr. Wlodkowski was presented with a plaque by fellow board members Carl Gregory, President, and Joe Cohill, Vice President/Treasurer.
